Yes, click on the link http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cp/. This site will help you with any questions you may have. If for some reason you can not find the answer, please email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Help

* Can I lend out my user and pass word.

No, To help keep your privacy and terms of agreement. We do not allow you to give out your information.

* What if I want you to build my site, how much would it cost?

For information on building your website we have two optional fees. Please contact us at: Build my website please note that websites take about 2-3 weeks to complete.

* Who do I contact for abuse problems?

* Do I need to be a non profit organization?

Yes, This site is for non profit organizations only. If you are in the process of just starting out or have been in business long term we welcome all non profit organization. Please refer to our terms and condition area for more information. We do not allow certain organizations on this site. Please also note that because we do not always check the status of your non profit status, we will check periodically check for unwanted materials posted on your sites. If we discover that you are using pornography or abuse of the Christian faith we will terminate your site without notice and no refunds will be given.

* When will my billings start?

Depending on your hosting plan. If you are making a monthly payment. Your payments will start on the date of the next month. If your plan is of either yearly or every two years, your renewal will start on your anniversary date.

* What if I want to cancel?

If for some reason you would like to cancel, please contact us at: Cancel, If your hosting plan is by the month, please give a one month notice before canceling. Plans that are one or two years, please note that you may cancel at any time, but we are unable to refund any or part of your funds. Our one and two year plans are meant for long term hosting sites which is beneficial and hassle free.
